Stage 37 offers a spacious, clean palette with comfortable, contemporary features that flawlessly frame your event. Walk into an empty room on day one and a finished world by doors.
The room is built for production: 8,000 square feet of open floor, 29 feet to the deck, 900 amps of three-phase power and a 48-foot truck bay for load-in. Hang a truss grid, fly a car, build a television set or clear it all for a runway. The space works around your idea, not the other way around.
And you don't have to bring a crew to make it happen. Our in-house team handles sound, lighting, video and rigging, along with scenic fabrication, staging, permits and the vendors you need, from first walkthrough to final load-out.

Main event space
Our vast event hall is 8,000 square feet with only four support columns and ceilings floating 26 feet above. Whitewashed walls and columns, restored concrete floors, a 48' deep loading dock and a 10'-wide street-level drive-in door for large sets and vehicles.
Mezzanine
1,500 square feet overlooking the function hall. Use it as a VIP room, private lounge, or for audio, video and lighting control. Fully carpeted with a wide, steel-railed balcony.
Lobby
With modern lines and a fresh face, our 1,100-square-foot lobby welcomes your guests in style. Secure, street-level and ADA accessible.
Even more space
An 800 SF multi-purpose room for green room, dressing, production, catering prep, hair and makeup or storage. A separate break room and kitchen, and contemporary restrooms with designer fixtures and stone tile.
